Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at the next billing cycle.
What happens when I hit my message limit?
Your bot pauses until the next billing cycle. To avoid this, top up your credit wallet: extra messages are charged at your plan's overage rate, completely optional.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes, paying annually gives you 2 months free (about 17% off) compared to monthly billing on all plans.
